A little bit about me

My journey as a musician actually started at around the age of 12 as a drummer! yes that’s right, drums was my first instrument. As I started progressing on the old biscuit tins I realized that none of my mates played guitar and I had, like many teens, a burning desire to start a band!

At around 14 I got my first guitar, a candy apple red Stratocaster copy and that’s where my obsession for guitar started. As soon as I could strum my first few chords I joined forces with my drummer mate and we started a band. Fast forward nearly 10 years and three different bands and you have Luna Kiss. I am the lead singer of Luna Kiss and one 1/2 of the guitar section, still with the same drummer, romantic I know. As part of Luna Kiss I have had the pleasure of touring around the UK and parts of Europe.
Aside from Luna Kiss I spent three years at University working towards a BA (hons) in music performance, this basically meant playing guitar every day for three years… not a bad crack. Since 2012 I’ve been teaching guitar to all age groups in my home county of Warwickshire, UK in both schools and at home.]

The culmination of all this experience lead me to start WRGUITAR,
a venture that started as a YouTube channel to help aspiring guitarists reach there goals as players, weather it be beginner or advanced players. As WRGUITAR has been progressing, I decided that writing was another way of sharing more guitar and music knowledge, news and reviews.
